In February 2025 Florida Grand Opera stage Gaetano Donizetti and Felice Romani's The Elixir of Love! The comic melodrama opera first premiered in 1832 and has since become one of the world's most-performed operas. Taking the helm is director Matt Cooksey, with Jonah Hoskins in the role of Nemorino, Jasmine Habersham playing Adina and Ricardo Jose Riviera taking on Belcore.

Nemorino is infatuated with Adina, a wealthy landowner, yet Adina is completely nonplussed. With no money and no prospects trying to woo this woman is practically impossible... Or is it?
